Before the mobility

Once you have made your choices, you have to fill in the Learning Agreement and to send it to the International Didactic Unit (C.A. dott.ssa Daniela Iraci Sareri). Please consider that the Erasmus Departmental Coordinator will sign it only after the confirmation of your formal acceptance by our International Mobility Office.

During the Mobility

If you need to add or delete one or more classes after your arrive in Catania, please contact the Erasmus Departmental Coordinator and fill in the Changes to Learning Agreement; then go to the International Didactic Unit to validate your changes officially. Students accepted for one semester can make only one change. Students accepted for the entire academic year, instead, can change their Learning Agreement twice, one for each semester, and the second change must be done within March.

Classes Attendance Registration will be crucial for you to take your exams, and facilitate the credit transfer process at the end of your stay. Please download a form for each class you are attending.

If you want to extend your stay in Catania, please, ask your home institution for authorization, then transmit the signed Mobility Extension Request to the International Didactic Unit, who will proceed with its acceptance and communication to IMO.

Please, each time you take an exam let fill in by the professors the Evaluation Certificate and submit the original document to the International Didactic Unit, certificates are necessary to start the credit transfer procedures and to issue the Certificate of Attendance and Transcript of Records.

Before your departure

Once you have your Transcript of Records, please go to International Mobility Office to close the mobility procedure
