Learning Objectives

At the end of the course, students will acquire B1 (threshold) communicative and language skills of the CEFR in terms of speaking, reading, listening and writing.


Detailed Course Content

The course takes up 21 teaching hours based on practice and interaction. General objectives are: 1. knowledge and understanding; applying knowledge and understanding; 3. making judgments; 4. communication skills; and, 5. learning skills. The language will be studied in authentic contexts also in order to make the learners acquainted with the ESP vocabulary in their specific field. Individual and group activities will be aimed to improve the students' abilities and to learn in a meaningful context.
