Dr. Simone Ronsisvalle is author of 64 papers published in refereed international journals dealing with various aspects of medicinal chemistry and has made 65 presentations at national and international conferences. (Curriculum)

His main area of expertise are: drug design, chemical synthesis, lead discovery, and optimization in medicinal chemistry. 
Currently, his main research interests concern design, synthesis, molecular modelling and structure/activity studies of: selective ligands for sigma receptors with neuroprotective, immuno modulators, anti-inflammatory, diagnostic and anti-cancer activities.
In recent years he has also been engaged in the search for a painkiller, anti-inflammatory molecules of central nervous system.
