Applications are open for the courses in Digital Health and Entrepreneurship of the DigiCare Innovation project

The European project DigiCare Innovation, funded by the European Union under the Horizon Europe Program, aims to drive the transformation of health systems through digital innovation, with focus on community care in oncology, mental health, and chronic disease management, developing for this purpose a comprehensive set of initiatives, including training and education activities.
 
The available training offers, which are entirely online and allow for self-paced learning, are freely accessible and include:
 
  • A DigiCare Innovation Interdisciplinary Course “Digital Health and Entrepreneurship” for higher-education students that enable the development of skills in digital health and entrepreneurship. The course is equivalent to 2 ECTS and integrates 8 modules, including artificial intelligence in healthcare; digital identity; safety and security; ethical and sustainable thinking.
     
  • A DigiCare Innovation Interdisciplinary Course “Digital Health” and a DigiCare Innovation Interdisciplinary Course “Entrepreneurship” for those with professional experience, including academics and health care professionals. Each course has an estimated duration of 10 hours. The Digital Health course is composed of four modules that explore topics such as artificial intelligence in the healthcare sector; human-centered design in digital health; digital identity and information security. The Entrepreneurship course considers 3 modules, including ethical and sustainable thinking and mobilizing resources.
 
Originally offered in English, these courses can be followed in multiple languages through browser automatic translation.
